I'm Oscar Mattisson, a self-proclaimed tech geek with a serious passion for all things tech and design. I have a bachelor of science in Media technology with a great eye and passion for UX and UI design.
My interest lies in crafting meaningful experiences that truly matters and empower people. By combining holistic problem-solving with visually appealing, user-centric designs, I strive to create interactions and solutions that are efficient, enjoyable, and memorable.
As a proactive and curious problem solver I see opportunities where others see obstacles. My approach to design is holistic, taking into account every aspect and consideration. By aligning the needs of the users with the goals of the business, I ensure that my solutions are both user-centric and strategically sound.

My passion for design has always been at the center and it has also defined my life. For me, design is a sphere to bring creative thoughts to reality and thereby create impactful changes which leads to a greater world.
Being able to adopt design as a tool in my life to support create innovative solutions and enhance peoples experiences, is utterly fascinating. Hence my passion for UX design has aroused. Through design alongside my creativity I'm able to work with something I'm eagerly passionate about.
My motto and lodestar is that "All change does not happen overnight, but each step takes us towards the direction we want." Therefore, I make sure that I every day direct my actions towards constantly developing new skills to ensure I work towards my goals of becoming an even better

Working as a UX / UI Designer at an experience design studio.
October 2023 – Present
Visma Proceedo, UX Graduation project
Conducted user interviews with integration specialists and technical support employees. The users resolves system errors doing resends as well as downloading files related to various transactions. The goal was to improve their current workflows. I crafted concept sketches and prototypes, and conducted thorough usability tests to validate design concepts and ensure product feasibility.
March 2023 – June 2023
Visma Proceedo, UX internship
During my 3-month UX internship at Visma Proceedo, I initiated a Product Discovery phase for the software's mobile user expericene, resulting in improved accessibility and interaction design. Through effective collaboration with stakeholders, managers, developers, and UX-designers, I provided user requirements and influenced prioritization changes for the product's future roadmap
